The non-polluting innovative Green Energy generator is prime mover by a 3 phase motor,powered by external source of any kind, when the system starts its production; a grid connected panel will automatically switch the power source for external power to the self-created power. Our Innovative Green Energy generators are manufactured under "WELTBREIT" brand and marketed exclusively by us Globally. As a manufacturer, we not only ensure a succesful delivery of the plant, but also continued service, enforecement of warranty terms and post-sale support. Initially, we will conduct a feasibility study at the proposed plant location and engage he manufacturer to design and deliver the customised hydraulic generator.
Based on the feasibility parameters, plants are designed to meet the client requirements of location, terrain, load, power & other aspects. On finalization of designs, manufacturer will undertake the manufacture of the plant units in their assembly lines and the components will later be moved to the plant location.Before shipping, the plants will be thoroughly tested for all quality and performance parameters to ensure trouble free operations.
While the manufacturer moves the machinery, a housing needs to built at the client location to withstand load and seismic pressures and also offer sufficient ventilation. On succesful setting up of the infrastructure including control panels, transformers etc. which are tested and configured, the power plant machinery will be commissioned at the client location and tested for the acceptance and efficiency.On succesful acceptance testing, it will go live.
On commissioning of the power plants, the manufacturer will undertake all the power production and maintenance operations through its on-site and off-site teams on 24x7 basis. All the machinery, equipment and generator units are subjected to periodic preventive maintenance by Weltbreit Eco Energy to ensure uninterrupted and hassle free operations of the power plant.
